ENROLLMENT OF WINNING CANDIDATES 2026-27
The students who won the admission exam to the three-year and two-year courses and to the “Young Talents” path for the academic year 2026/2027 (see RESULTS OF THE ADMISSION EXAMS) starting from 29 May 2026 and by 12:00 on 19 June 2026 they will have to access the Cineca Esse3 digital platform which can be reached at this link:

to carry out the enrollment procedure, under penalty of exclusion from the ranking. To access, the credentials received during registration for the entrance exam must be used. If you lose your credentials, you will need to recover your password on the page:
TIMING
The “Registration” section in the Cineca-Esse3 reserved area will be active starting from 12:00 on 29 May 2026, until 12:00 on 19 June 2026.
the Conservatory reserves the right to proceed with possible scrolling of the ranking for the enrollment of suitable candidates but not enrolled due to lack of places. Candidates, possibly contacted by the Teaching Secretariat starting from 22 June 2026, must complete the enrollment procedure by 12:00 on the day following the sending of the email. In any case, the procedure for possible scrolling of the ranking will close at 12:00 on 6 July 2026.
Italian language test: please note that all international students will be obliged to take the online verification test on 13 – 14 – 15 July 2026. The test must verify the level of competence in the Italian language which must correspond to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Knowledge (CEFR).
Students who do not pass this test will be assigned an Italian language debt and will be required to follow specific in-person courses organized by the Conservatory starting from September 2026, aimed at compensating for the linguistic gaps highlighted by the test. Students absent from the verification test will be awarded the Italian language debt with the obligation to attend level A1. Important: read section 6 of the 2026-2027 Manifesto degli Studi carefully
PROCEDURES
Once you have logged in to the Cineca-Esse3 platform, the path to follow will be: > Menu > Secretariat > Enrollment.
The procedure to follow will be indicated within the digital platform itself: it is recommended to pay attention to the explanatory texts on each page, which will help during the compilation.
We also recommend careful reading of the sections of interest contained in the 2026-2027 Study Manifesto which contain all the information necessary to complete the enrollment process.
The procedure must be complete in all its parts, including the payment of the amount due. The online system will not receive incomplete applications and it will not be possible to send them after the established time.
The amounts of the Contribution and other charges can be viewed in the Tables of the Section. 9 of the aforementioned Manifesto. The amounts will however be viewable at the end of the enrollment procedure by accessing the PAYMENTS page.
Please note that those who intend to take advantage of the economic benefits provided by the legislation must have an ISEE certificate for the current year.
Regional Tax: The tax of €140.00, if due, must be paid to the DSU Toscana (Regional Agency for the right to university study). This tax must be paid by accessing the IRIS platform at the following link:

by clicking on “Spontaneous payments” at the top, choosing “ARDSU Toscana” and selecting the item “(08) DSU regional tax” (be careful not to select the Cherubini Conservatory or the Tuscany Region instead)
It will then be mandatory to attach, by the deadline, the receipt of payment by entering the section of your Cineca Esse3 personal area – Menu > Career > Career attachments > “Regional Tax receipt”. In the absence of this attachment the Secretariat will not be able to validate the payment.
PLEASE NOTE
ISEE certification: the procedure to obtain the ISEE certification can take a long time. It is advisable to start the process well in advance. It is also specified that the ISEE must, for adult and minor students, include the words “applies to subsidized benefits for the right to university study in favor of …” (see section 9.3 of the aforementioned Manifesto).
International students whose income is produced abroad and who intend to take advantage of economic benefits relating to the payment of the contribution will not be able to use the ISEE, but must access the DSU Toscana website dsu.toscana.it (declaring that they are students enrolled at the Conservatory) and follow the procedure to obtain an “indicator of contributory capacity”, which can only be used for enrollment at the Cherubini Conservatory.
DSU Scholarship: students who intend to apply for the scholarship or honor loan from the DSU Toscana (Regional Agency for the Right to University Education) cannot do so immediately as the DSU Notice will be published on a date following the enrollment deadline. However, they will be able to declare scholarship exemption when completing the online form relating to enrollment on the Cineca Esse3 digital platform (see Section 5 of the aforementioned Manifesto), without prejudice to the fact that they will also have to authorize the download of the ISEE certificate.
They will subsequently have to upload the receipt for submitting the scholarship application as soon as they have it and in any case no later than 15 September 2026, under penalty of revocation of the requested exemption and recalculation of the amount due on the basis of the ISEE certificate declared. The receipt must be uploaded in the appropriate section of your Cineca Esse3 personal area – Menu > Career > Career attachments > “receipt for forwarding scholarship request to DSU”.
Part-time students: those who intend to opt for Part-Time enrollment must carefully read Section 7.2 of the aforementioned Manifesto before proceeding with the enrollment application.
