REGISTRATION RENEWAL 2025/2026
August 11 – September 8
Students who need to renew their enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year must access the Cineca-Esse3 digital platform, accessible at this link:

To access the platform, students must use their existing credentials. If they forget their credentials, they must recover their password using the link above. Timing:
The “Registration” section in the Cineca-Esse3 reserved area will be active starting from9:00 AM on August 11, 2025, until 11:59 PM on September 8, 2025.
From September 9th until 11:59 PM on September 13th, 2025, you will be able to renew your membership, but you will have to pay, in addition to the amount due, a €100.00 penalty fee.
Starting from September 14, 2025, it will no longer be possible to renew the enrollment and the student’s status will be changed to “interrupted student” (see section 7.7 of the 2025-2026 Study Manifesto). Only students who have not obtained, by October 20, 2025, the minimum number of credits required, 150 for the three-year program and 89 for the two-year program, to be considered a “graduating student”, will be able to renew their enrollment (starting from October 21st and no later than November 15th 2025). (see section 7.4.1 of the Study Manifesto 2025-2026).
Procedure:
Once logged in, the path to follow will be: Menu > Secretariat > Registration.
The procedure will be indicated within the digital platform itself.
NB: Please pay attention to the explanatory texts provided, which will be helpful when filling out the form.
It is also recommended to carefully read the sections of interest (for example: section 5, section 9) of the 2025-2026 Study Manifesto which contain all the information necessary to complete the membership renewal process.
The application process must be completed in all its parts, including payment of the due amount. The online system will not accept incomplete applications, and applications cannot be submitted after the deadline.
Amounts:
The amounts of the Contribution and other charges can be viewed in the Tables of section 9.2 “AMOUNTS AND PAYMENT TABLES” of the 2025-2026 Study Manifesto The amounts will be displayed at the end of the registration renewal process by accessing the Cineca-Esse3 platform section and following the path: Menu > Secretariat > Payments. Please note that the fee and other charges must be paid in a single payment by the deadline. Payment by installments is not possible.
ISEE certificate (students with income generated in Italy):
All those who intend to take advantage of the financial benefits provided by the legislation (see section 9.3 “ISEE CERTIFICATION” of the 2025-2026 Study Manifesto) must authorize the Conservatory to acquire information regarding the ISEE for the current year on the digital registration renewal platform.
The process for obtaining an ISEE certificate can take a long time; it’s recommended to start the process well in advance.
It is also specified thatfor all students(adults and minors) the ISEE certificate must contain the wording“applies to subsidized benefits for the right to university education in favor of …”otherwise the Cineca-Esse3 Platform will not detect any ISEE certification and will display the maximum amount expected for the payment of the Contribution.
ISEE certification (EU and non-EU students) whose income is produced abroad):
Those who intend to take advantage of financial benefits relating to the payment of the Contribution non they will be able to use the ISEE certification, but they will have to access the DSU Toscana website www.dsu.toscana.it and follow the procedure to obtain a calculation index that can be used exclusively for renewing your registration at the Cherubini Conservatory.
ARDSU Scholarship
According to current legislation, students applying for scholarships with the Regional Agency for the Right to University Education are not required to pay the conservatory fee or the regional ARDSU tax until the final ranking of those eligible for the scholarship is published. Therefore, in the meantime, they must:
- Indicate, in the digital registration renewal platform, “exemption for scholarship”
- attach mandatory the receipt of submission of the ARDSU scholarship application;
- Authorize, in the form provided within the digital platform, the Conservatory’s acquisition of information regarding the ISEE for the current year.
- pay the €4.50 insurance fee and the €16.00 road tax.
