How to book spaces for teaching purposes: 

Instructions for Students

• Students can independently book available spaces by accessing the platform from the link https://consfi.prod.up.cineca.it / by entering their credentials, the same ones used for the ESSE3 portal;
• The following cannot be booked: the Buonumore Room in the Headquarters; the Games Room and the Head Teacher’s Room in Villa Favard;
• Room 17 in the main building and rooms 4, 5, 7, 13, 14, 15, AJ, BJ, CJ, and Gbrass in Villa Favard can only be booked by students already attending classes in those rooms. Rooms C and D in Villa Favard can be booked for study purposes only, without the use of any musical instruments;
• Each student can book a maximum of 2 hours per day and 4 times per week. Multiple classrooms cannot be booked at the same time.
• Classrooms booked by students must be vacated from Monday to Friday by 7.30 pm and on Saturday by 1.30 pm;
• Reservations can be made for 8 days after the request;
• A student’s reservation can be cancelled according to the teacher’s teaching needs. This will be automatically communicated via email through the portal;
• Reservations for students cannot be cancelled. Academic tutors who support students with disabilities and learning disabilities (DSA);
• Reservation requests are not accepted via institutional email addresses;
• Classroom keys will be delivered ONLY after a reservation has been made on the portal;
• If you cancel your reservation, we recommend canceling it. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, your reservation will be canceled.

Instructions for Teachers

• Before making a request, you must view the classroom reservation planner and the classroom availability grid;
• Teachers are required to check the bookings made in their name on the planner and to promptly report any errors and/or changes;
• The following classrooms can only be booked with the authorization of the Management by sending an email to prodirettore@consfi.it for the Sala del Buonumore in the Headquarters and to r.neri@consfi.it for the Sala dei Giochi, DS classroom in Villa Favard;
• The reservation request must be made at least 5 days in advance;
• For unforeseen teaching needs, the teacher may request the cancellation of a student’s booking up to 48 hours before the student’s booking start time;
• Reservations for students cannot be cancelled. Academic tutors who support students with disabilities and learning disabilities (DSA);
• Reservations are accepted EXCLUSIVELY through the institutional address.
• No other forms of reservation are permitted.
